This study aims to determine how the social rehabilitation service program for children with law. Using role theory by Biddle and Thomas, this research uses qualitative methods data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, observation. focuses on Expectations, Norms, Performance, Evaluation, Sanctions. The result is that Marsudi Putra Technical Implementation Unit Surabaya used as a place of protection minors who commit criminal acts, existence center they will get rights, process given all clients, sanctions from can be staff have problems respect existing guidelines. services provided are expected provide lessons crimes so deterrent effect do not make same mistakes.
